Francisco Malpica Lizarzaburu (born September 5, 1970) is a Peruvian Sales and Marketing specialist. He is currently the Sales and Marketing Manager of the Internet Company Visual Online based in Luxembourg. Francisco Malpica studied Business Administration at the University of Luxembourg and holds a Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Management. The subject of his thesis was on the subject “The Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities – UCITS in Luxembourg”. Previously, he studied Biology at the Pierre-and-Marie-Curie University in Paris. Francisco Malpica is Secretary General and founder in 2004 of The Chamber of Commerce and Tourism of Peru in Luxembourg – CCTPL. Francisco Malpica is a contributor of the think tank “Cercle de Luxembourg” that regularly hosts forums and lunches with experts, diplomats and intellectuals from various backgrounds. On June 29, 2015 he gave for the “Cercle de Luxembourg” a keynote presentation on the subject “Discussions on the macroeconomic success of Peru, outlooks and challenges”. Francisco Malpica has dual peruvian-luxembourgish citizenship and is member of many social organizations such as ACLA and the Children’s Liturgy Group at Catholic Church of Bonnevoie Luxembourg.

Jorge Villar Vargas (born January 11, 1964) is a Peruvian entrepreneur. He studied law and specialized in commercial and social law. He is currently managing companies in Peru and Luxembourg, and he is shareholder of the law firm “Villar Abogados Asociados” in Peru. Jorge Villar is member and founder in 2004 of The Chamber of Commerce and Tourism of Peru in Luxembourg – CCTPL. On October 18, 2014, Jorge Villar received an award by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru for his social work benefiting other Peruvians, including maintaining ties with their homeland. In 2014, on the “Day of Peruvian Residing Abroad”, he was among five Peruvian nationals living around the world that were recognized as having excelled in their efforts to maintain and reinforce links with Peruvian communities abroad or have taken actions and legal aid assistance and caring for their countrymen. Jorge Villar is member of several social organizations such as ACLA, Eng Brëck mat Latäinamerika, and ASTI, Association de Soutien aux Travailleurs Immigrés.

Raphaël Chiesa (born March 6, 1959) is a Luxembourgish automotive expert. He is currently the owner of company Expertises Chiesa Sàrl in Luxembourg. Raphaël Chiesa is also Vice-President and founder in 2017 of Alliance de Coopération Latino-Américaine a.s.b.l – ACLA.
